Autopay. Vignettes, motorways 4.7.1

Application for the payment of vignettes is available for Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, and Hungary. Payments are accepted for the A1 and A4 motorways, as well as car parks in Poland, allowing for convenient travel exclusively with Autopay.

Autopay, an automated motorway payment application, is utilized by over 2 million drivers. By using Autopay, users can avoid long queues to purchase vignettes or waiting at motorway barriers.

Electronic vignettes for six countries can be acquired through Autopay. This includes Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary. Buyers simply need to log in to their accounts, specify the desired country, select the number of days needed, and complete the payment process.

Motorways currently supported by Autopay are those included in the videotolling system (not applicable for motorcycles). The service covers selected Polish motorways such as the A4 Katowice-Kraków and A1 Gdańsk-Toruń AmberOne. In Austria, sections covered include A9 Pyhrn Gleinalm tunnel, A9 Pyhrn Bosruck tunnel, A10 Tauern motorway, A11 Karawanken southbound, A13 Brenner motorway, and S16 Arlberg road tunnel. As of July 1, 2023, travel on state motorways like A4 Wrocław-Gliwice (Sośnica) and A2 Konin-Stryków is free. If tolls are reintroduced, Autopay will allow payments for these sections.
